Please ensure you do a patch test on an area of skin for at least 3 days before adding our product to your routine.
Please contact us within 3 days and send us images if your item arrives damaged. Due to the nature of ingredients and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns that have been opened and used.
Some returns may be refused if they pose health risks and we may not be able to offer a refund. We can however offer a partial refund in the rare instance of an allergic reaction.
